RePaveX employs the precise cut-root-stock technique to systematically eradicate this threat, ensuring that the forest floor is cleared for natural growth to take hold once again. By eliminating these vast thickets, we facilitate the recovery of complex ecosystems, enhancing habitat resilience and safeguarding the diverse wildlife reliant on these corridors. Each successful removal of an invasive species represents a vital reclamation of territory for indigenous plants and the entire biological web they nourish.

For generations, communities such as the Gond, Baiga, Kol, and Pardhi have lived alongside Central India’s forests, drawing livelihoods, knowledge, and traditions from the land. RepaveX is creating a new opportunity at the intersection of forest restoration and rural livelihoods. By involving local communities in the removal, collection, processing, and conversion of invasive lantana into stable biochar, we turn a growing ecological challenge of lantana spread into a source of local income, green jobs, and long-term opportunity. We are not simply restoring forests; we are creating a pathway for the people who live closest to them to benefit from their restoration.

We capture carbon from invasive biomass to restore the fundamental strength of our Earth.

When invasive Lantana camara is removed from degraded forests, the impact can extend far beyond clearing the vegetation. By converting this biomass into stable biochar, RePaveX captures a portion of its carbon and locks it away for the long term, rather than allowing it to return rapidly to the atmosphere through burning or decomposition. At the same time, removing invasive growth creates space for native vegetation to regenerate, helping restore habitat, biodiversity, and ecological balance. This creates a powerful cycle: carbon is removed from the atmosphere and stored durably, while degraded landscapes are allowed to recover naturally. We turn invasive biomass into permanent carbon storage—and give native ecosystems room to thrive.
